Pan African Towers has just won the Emerging Tower Company of the Year Award at the 3rd Nigeria Tech Innovation & Telecom Award 2019 NTITA holding at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria.

Receiving the award on behalf of the company, the CEO of Pan African Towers, Wole Abu said this award just demonstrates the result of the contribution Pan African Towers Limited is doing in ensuring that mobile connectivity issues in Africa is being resolved. He said Pan African Towers will remain dedicated to providing mobile telephony and infrastructure to mobile network operators and internet service providers in Africa.

He revealed that the company had entered into a 20 million Dollar deal with Watt Renewable Energy, to generate clean alternative energy for Pan African Towers.

He said with an intensive plan to increase its towers to 35000 towers in the next five years from its present 1000 towers, he is optimistic that the company will continue to explore alternative ways of generating clean energy to power its sites and improve telecommunication in the continent.
